A written certification from any date is no longer valid. You must be certified & registered online to legally use marijuana.

If you where previously certified with Dr. Rideout

If you have a written certification by Dr. Rideout dated before 2015, you will need to have a full medical evaluation to have a certification renewal for the medical use of marijuana. Our fee for a renewal visit is $150 and it includes certification on the MMJ Online System. The certification will be valid for 12 months. You will be responsible for registering with the MMJ Online System. The $50 registration fee payable to the state is not included in our fee.

* We offer an optional Registration Assistance Service at a cost of $35. This service can only be done in our office at 60 Washington Street in Salem.
